Recruitment and Selection:
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

HR Administration:

- Assist in drafting and implementing HR and Admin policies in line with local laws.
- Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and employee relations issues.
Employee Engagement:

Performance Management:
- Monitor and ensure the efficient functioning of the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) system.

Stock and Inventory Management:
