Responsibilities
As a Digital Marketer at SM IT Solution, you will be responsible for:
- Developing Strategies: Crafting and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the business goals and target audience.
- Content Creation and Management: Producing engaging content for social media, blogs, websites, and email campaigns.
- Data Analysis and Optimization: Utilizing tools like Google Analytics to analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing efforts.
- Managing Online Presence: Monitoring and managing the company’s online reputation, including social media accounts, reviews, and customer feedback.
- Staying Updated on Trends: Keeping abreast of the latest trends and developments in digital marketing, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Paid Advertising: Managing PPC advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and social media to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Email Marketing: Developing and executing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and promote products or services.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyzing website usability to identify areas for improvement and increase conversion rates.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Using CRM systems to track customer interactions, segment audiences, and personalize marketing communications.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Working closely with sales, product development, and customer support teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Budget Management: Planning and managing digital marketing budgets to maximize ROI and achieve desired outcomes.
- Reporting and Communication: Providing regular reports and updates on marketing performance to stakeholders and senior management.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor/Honors degree
- Experience: 1 to 4 years in the IT Enabled Service sector
- Additional Requirements:
- Age between 22 to 30 years
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent time management abilities
Compensation & Benefits
- Festival Bonus: 2 bonuses annually
- Workplace: Office-based in Chattogram Sadar
- Employment Status: Full-time
