Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the hotel to ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Monitor budgets and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination.
Room Attendant Responsibilities:
- Clean and tidy guest rooms and common areas according to hotel standards.
- Change bed linen and towels as required.
- Replenish amenities such as toiletries and refreshments.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
- Assist guests with requests and inquiries in a courteous manner.
- Maintain a neat and orderly work environment.
Requirements:
- Manager: Previous experience in hotel management or a related field preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
- Room Attendants: Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role. Attention to detail and a customer-oriented approach are critical.
- Minimum educational qualifications as per industry standards.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
