Microfinance Program (MFP)
Position 1: Assistant Branch Manager
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any discipline.
- Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in managing microfinance programs. Candidates with ERP/Kormee Software and motorbike riding skills will be given preference.
- Vacancies: 80
- Salary: Starting at BDT 22,000, with an increase to BDT 27,000 after confirmation.
- Work Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh.
Position 2: Branch Manager
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any discipline.
- Age Limit: Maximum 45 years.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in microfinance management, with expertise in ERP/Kormee Software.
- Vacancies: 90
- Salary: Starting at BDT 28,000, with an increase to BDT 32,000 after confirmation.
- Work Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh.
Position 3: Area Supervisor
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
- Age Limit: Up to 47 years.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in microfinance management, with a focus on branch supervision.
- Vacancies: 25
- Salary: Starting at BDT 35,000, increasing to BDT 40,000 after confirmation.
- Work Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh.
Position 4: Regional Head
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
- Age Limit: Maximum 50 years.
- Experience: At least 6 years in regional microfinance management.
- Vacancies: 6
- Salary: Starting at BDT 48,000, increasing to BDT 52,000 after confirmation.
- Work Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh.
Health Program
Position 5: Medical Technologist/Paramedic/Nurse
- Educational Qualification: Diploma in Medical Technology from a recognized institution.
- Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in relevant fields. Registration with Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council is required.
- Vacancies: 20
- Salary: Starting at BDT 20,300.
- Work Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh.

- Transport Allowance: BDT 2500-3000 for staff using motorbikes.
